Dear All,

I have Kettler X7 Ergometer and use it with KETTLER WORLD TOURS 3.0 USB connected.

For the pulse monitor up to now I have used my Garmin Fenix 6X broadcasting HR via Bluetooth.

Today I have tried the same setup, but with Fenix 7X, and for some reason it won't show in the KETTLER WORLD TOURS 3.0 as pulse monitor?

I really can't remember if I did anything special in order that setup to work in the past. Just adding the watch as Bluetooth device to the PC and it becomes visible under pulse monitor list of device. Same done with 7X doesn't work.

Any suggestions or help is more than welcome.

Thanks in advance

Ivo

Dear All,

I have more information on the topic, but no solution yet.

I have tested both my Wahoo Tickr HR straps:

The current model:
https://eu.wahoofitness.com/devices/heart-rate-monitors/tickr-buy

And the previous model as well.
https://www.all4cycling.com/en/products/sensore-cardiaco-wahoo-tickr?variant=37994443079862

The old one connects to the PC (Windows 10) and becomes visible for the KETTLER WORLD TOURS 3.0, so I have a work around.

The current model however can not be connected as Bluetooth device, although it should support up to 3 simultaneous connections.

So I assume nothing special should be done in order the device to become visible in the KETTLER WORLD TOURS 3.0 as pulse monitor, but there is some flag based on which the device becomes visible.

I have looked into Windows registry, however were not able to see any difference between the Fenix 6X and Fenix 7X.

Any suggestions and help are welcome.

Best Regards

Ivaylo

Hello Ivo,

You need a BT 4.0 compatible receiver at your PC.

1.Make a new BT connection with Fenix 7x in win 10/11. Do a BT pairing and save it in win.

2. Important aktivate pulse mode first at your Fenix then start win and at last KWT and Kettler.

3. Start KWT go to lobby and left middle in hf device go to the drop down menu and select the Fenix 7x.

Greetings from Austria

Erik
