Hello everyone,

On my ergo s6 after I plug in the device I have a Kettler logo appearing on a welcome screen and then it does not go further to user/training selection. It was working fine before. I assume that it might be a firmware issue, but not sure. I have tried to contact Kettler support without any luck… They cannot provide neither firmware, nor instructions on how to update the device or perform "hard reset". Maybe someone here has faced similar issue? The device was used only for 30 hours real time, so basically it is almost brand new and now it is a "pile of metal" because of some software glitch…
