Hello everyone,

I have an Ergo X1 but the Heart Rate Monitor is not working anymore.
I would like to know if I can use a Polar or Garmin HRM with X1 and how should I connect the device.
I have tried to find through World Tours 3.0 to add a device but the HRM is not visible.
I have also tried to select a user and choose the HRM from the menu, but HRM is not visible there either.

Can someone guide me on whether I can use X1 connected through my USB while I can have a wireless HRM to pass the heart rate into World Tours 3.0, or is it impossible?
