Dear all,

I did not use my Racer S since the last KWT upgrade.

Now, unfortunately, after installing the last KWT update v3.0.2.9 I have a problem with a stable Bluetooth connection between my Racer S to my Windows 10 laptop.

I can initially connect but after a few seconds the connection breaks. After a few seconds the connection is re-established and then after a few seconds the connection breaks again etc.etc.

I have no problems with using Bluetooth to my iPhone using Kettmaps.

Has somebody similar experience or do you maybe have a solution for my problem?

Your Racer can only connect to one BT connection.
And it always takes the first one he can get.

So while your BT at your cell phone is on -> you will get no
KWT BT Connection at your laptop. BT is used by kettmaps -> cell phone and your kettler.
So turn off BT at your cell phone -> Then your Win laptop and kwt will find your Kettler.

If you use KWT with BT heartbeat -> PC -> always set up your heartrate belt before you start the PC and the Kettler.

I think there is an issue with KWT version 3.0.29 and your Racer S.

Try KWT version 3.0.0.5

Hi Erik,

I tried KWT version 3.0.29 again with my Racer S and noticed also the the software does not react anymore on the gearing of the bike. Nevertheless, it reacts via bluetooth and KWTRemote Training settings (Chainring, Cogset, Camera and Graph scale).

Where can I download the previous version KWT version 3.0.0.5, in ordere to downgrade and try again?
