Shortly I own a Regatta 500 rower. It allows Bluetooth connections. When connecting the rower to my Phone it establishes a connection right away. I can use it with Kinomap.
But connecting to KWT on my PC does not work.

I have a Surface Pro 7 with Intel Bluetooth. All drivers are up to date.
Bluetooth recognizes the Regatta 500 as 'Coach' and makes a connection.

After that I try to connect it in KWT 3.0. But that fails. It shows 'Coach' in the Bluetooth connections, but the window in which the device is recognized goes on endlessly without selecting a known device. It eventually ends with: "No device found"

I would like to know what's wrong.

the Regatta 500 does currently not work with KWT.

I have currently no good contact to Trisport to get the needed documentations.

That is a pity, but thank you for the answer.
In the documentation Kettmaps is mentioned as a good app to use. But it is nog available in Playstore (anymore).
Do you have a suggestion for a suitable app to use with the REgatta 500?

I wrote an mail to the CEO of KETTLER in hope to get better contact.

Currently I don't know which app could work with the Regatta.


But if it would work with KWT it would be nice to have again an rower device because KWT only is compatible with Coach S and the older Coach E...
