After reading about this app in the manual of my Kettler tour 800, I downloaded the trial version.
I have set up an account and linked my device to the app. So far so good. But when I try to start a training the app is unresponsive to my bike and says 'Device idle', sometimes shortly changed into 'no connection'
Is the tour 800 not supported?
