After many years of using my Kettler Racer S 2018, it seems I have no bluetooth signal anymore,

It is not visible from the last versions of IOS, Androis and Windows 11. Maybe it is a hardware problem.

It seems I also have no wattage anymore when I try to use one of the standard biking programs on the as part of the installation.

In other words nothing works
I re-installed the last firmware version v31.27 (hardware version 1.2), but it does not help.

Is there any suggestion for resolving this problem? Is any additional software installation required?
