Hello everyone,

I really hope someone can help me because I’m truly at a loss at this point. I want to use KWT, but I’m unable to pair the C10 device. When attempting to pair, no numbers appear on the display of the C10, and the connection cannot be established on Windows.

Perhaps one of you has already experienced this problem or has an idea of how it can be resolved? I would be extremely grateful for any suggestions!

One question that comes to mind: Can the Bluetooth adapter of the C10 be reset? I have already tried the factory reset two to three times without success. I have also checked the settings multiple times but still can't make any progress. In addition, I have reinstalled the latest firmware, but again with no success.

Hi,
BT often gives problems. Have you tried removing the entry from Windows and then try to reconnect again?
You can also try to let KWT search your C10, after removing the entry in Windows.
You can also try it with Kettmaps, in my experience it sometimes work.
Have you tried to connect with your smartphone or tablet?
If that works than the BT of your C10 is not the problem.
