Hello
We just bought a Racer 9 with the WT 2 software installed in Windows 7.
I am interested in using the real video functionality.
There is a 'Tour with Video' option and one video tour in Germany available, I see the video start in the top right panel but when I start to race the bike only the default camera options are available.

How can I get to use the course that comes with the software?

Also I read that I can use the Bing online maps for 1 year.
How can I start to use these?

first of all welcome here.

Have you already updated to the newest kWT version?
= 2.0.5.11 -> see here in the forum section -> Software.

I think you already have activated the Bing licence. At the first KWT start you are asked to enter the KWT Code -> this is your Bing Code for 1 year.

You can check Bing in your right top corner of KWT clicking the i.

@ Real Video
please check the folder C:\ProgramData\KETTLER\TourConcept\Video
There should be at least 1 Demo Video ->*.avi.

Starting a Video Tour in KWT.
Click Training (or online Training with BOT )
Then select tour with video
Then a view courses are shown.
Then search after the course name of your Video found in this folder
C:\ProgramData\KETTLER\TourConcept\Video
f.e. Allgäu 2

Mark this course -> blue If working a preview of your RLV is shown right on the Top.

Then start this course.

Attention.
Changes of the camera and views (Fullscreen) are only possible if your RPM are > 0
So you start in part screen. Hold down the + or - button of your Racer 9 longer than 3 seconds and release. change part screen -> full screen.

if you press + or - only for 1 second (RPM > 0) you switch through the camera view.

And 1 Camera view is RLV!

If this doesn't work and your RLV window is too small -> you have to logout in KWT -> settings -> full-screen settings ->Point 1 to 4 from top have to be crossed on. Uncross 5 and 6.

So if 2 Files are in your video folder 2 different RLV courses are possible in training and so on.

More courses are found in the search but for RLV View you need the Avi File in the KWT Video folder.

The video is working well and Im working my through the country-side.
The image can be a little jumpy though.
What is the advised PC requirements to have smooth running videos?

@ jumpy RLV.
Please check the KWT clock during RLV training.
If the seconds are jumping f. e. 1-5- 10 then it is caused due to your old PC

If alright then you should ride the RLV with reality factor 100%
-> if possible with your fitness.
Should be less jumpy

Hi All. This is my first contribution. First some info which may help others with Apple computers.

I have a Kettler Racer S Tiedje version and a C12 in another location and run KWT2 on an MacbookPro (MBP) using Parallels with Windows 10 VM. Apple BT sharing does not work for the Kettler Devices and heart rate monitor and I had to buy a separate Bluetooth stick which is connected to the Windows side on the MBP. With that to I can pair Racer S, C12, heart rate monitors to my MBP on the Windows 10 VM and can also connect to KWT after a FW update (using a cable) using BT. I also use the latest KWT2 version to complete the story,

Last one simple question on the C12. It also connected with BT that even without FW update but I don't understand how tp change gears. Are there any equipment specific manuals on the buttons? The red bottons on my PC screen in the bottom right do not work. Is the C12 working in Auto mode using the heart rate percentage and can I switch to manuel? Obviously I have no separate KWT2 Keyboard as it came with the Racer which has gear shifts control using the levers on the handlebar.
