Hi -

I have a Mac Pro with parallels running windows 10.
despite my racer S successfully connecting well to Windows on two of my windows laptops, it does not connect to Apple Mac Pro. I like to use my Mac Pro to run world tours.

does anyone have any idea ?

Hello mhouweling,

first of all welcome here!

I think you have to tick on in the parallels menue "active
non Appple devices extern devices to set them in parallels + win active.

Hi Erik - thnx for taking the effort to help me. However, I don't follow what you are saying.
The device does not connect to Mac Pro to begin with - and therefore, even if I share the BT with Windows through Parallels, it won't connect.
I don't know what menu in parallels you are referring to? I think I should be able ti use the BT connection in Windows if I can make the mac connect to the Racer, but it won't
it recognizes the racer, even says it is connected, but the racer will continue to show it is trying to connect ( with the blue and white arcs blinking) and then the connection fails

OK - problem solved. I was on the phone for over an hour with customer support from PARALLELS but they could not get the Racer recognized either.
The solution I got from this forum - in the non-English section: I bought a bluetooth adapter, sort of a mini USB dongle that I plugged into the MAC, disabled the mac bluetooth and in windows disabled the bluetooth ( in system settings) - after the dongle was installed ( which i did in the windows environment) it recognized the Racer and I was good to go....... thanks to this forum! thanks! I bought the 4.0 bluetooth adapter from Speedlink.
