For Bluetooth devices, the PC/laptop must have Bluetooth. For the older devices (S-Line, Racer 9), Bluetooth 2.0 is sufficient.
Bluetooth 4.0 or higher is required for devices with Bluetooth Smart (Premium E Display, TACX devices, FTMS devices).
For TACX, however, we recommend the connection via ANT+.
Order at Amazon: Nano USB Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter Dongle
For ANT+ devices, the PC/laptop must have an ANT+ USB dongle.
Please pay attention to the range. ANT+ chest straps usually have a maximum range of 3m, but start to have dropouts before that.
The dongle is also available with a USB extension cable to get closer to the device.

Some FE-C devices do not provide cadence via the ANT+ interface. In this case, an additional CAD sensor can be searched for in KWT during device setup.
The CYCPLUS sensor is attached to the crank and can be easily integrated. The sensor can also be used as a speed sensor on the bike by switching.
For KWT, only the cadence sensor is used.

For integration into KWT via Bluetooth, the PC/laptop must have Bluetooth or a USB Bluetooth dongle must be available.
In order for KWT to display the chest strap for selection, it must first be connected in Windows Settings > Bluetooth and Devices.
If the chest strap is to be connected via ANT+, the PC/laptop must have an ANT+ dongle.
KWT has a search button under the selection of the chest strap that searches for a chest strap nearby.
Attention: The reach of the chest straps is usually only 3 m.
